# Organizational Checkup™

The **Organizational Checkup™** is a powerful tool designed to help Leadership teams evaluate how well they are running their business on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). It provides a clear picture of the organization’s strengths and areas for improvement across the Six Key Components™: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction.

To get started, click the **+ Begin Checkup** button.

You will be presented with twenty statements. For each one, rate your organization on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 means weak and 5 means strong.

Click the **Next** button to move to the following question.

#### Team Scoring

There’s a switch on the **upper right-hand side** of the screen labeled **“Team Scoring.”** You can turn this on if you want each user to submit their own score for every question.

When this is toggled **ON**:

- Each team member will be able to complete their own Organizational Checkup individually.
- You’ll see a section below labeled **“Scores from Team,”** which lists each team member’s name and indicates whether they have already submitted their scores.

- Click **“Show Scores”** at the bottom to view each team member’s individual score for that specific question.
- You’ll also see an option to **“Raise an Issue”** directly from there if a particular score or response needs discussion in your next meeting.
- Select **“Hide Scores”** if you want to collapse or hide the individual results again.

This feature helps leadership teams see how aligned their members are and identify areas that may need further discussion or clarification.

After completing the checkup, you’ll see your overall score and category breakdown in the Results Tab, helping you identify strengths and opportunities for growth. This helps you assess how well your company is running on the Six Key Components™ of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS):

- Vision
- People
- Data
- Issues
- Process
- Traction

#### History Section

If you scroll down in the **Results** tab, you’ll find the **History** section. This area displays a visual graph that tracks your team’s overall Organizational Checkup scores over time, helping you see progress and trends.

Below the graph, you’ll also see a detailed table showing each checkup session with:

- The **date** it was completed
- **Individual scores** for each question
- The **total score** for that checkup on the far right

You can also open the menu beside each entry to delete past results if needed.
