Welcome to the Success.co Zapier integration! This guide will help you connect Success.co with thousands of other apps through Zapier, automating your workflows and saving time.

What is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation platform that connects your apps together. With Zapier, you can create automated workflows (called “Zaps”) that trigger actions in one app based on events in another app.

Example: When a new email arrives in Gmail, automatically create a todo in Success.co.

Prerequisites

Step 1: Enable Zapier in your Success.co settings

  • Go to Settings > Company > Integrations in your Success.co account.

  • Click the "Add to Zapier" button.

Step 2: Connect Your Account

A new window will open with an invitation to use Success.co Beta of Zapier.

  • Click the "Accept invite & build a zap" button

  • You will be taken into your Zapier account.

  • The Success.co beta option will now appear in your private app options or if you use the search bar when creating a Zap.

Examples

You will now be able to use Success.co as a trigger or create an action in Success.co when a trigger in other apps occur.

  • When a message comes into a certain Slack channel - Create an Issue in Success.co

  • When a high priority ticket is created in Jira - Create an Issue in Success.co Leadership team.

  • When a form is filled out on Google forms - Create a Headline in Success.co

  • When a new Issue is created in Success.co - Add a row to a Google Sheet.

These are just a few examples of the endless opportunities for automations and workflows with the thousands of apps that Zapier supports.
