Dashboard

The dashboard is a customisable space where all your data comes together and what's important to you is right at your fingertips.

The data in your dashboard can be filtered to show all teams or a chosen team from the drop down menu.

You can use the Add button at the top right of the dashboard to add a new meeting, rock, to-do, issue, headline or measurable. You will then see a popup for the chosen new item that you can complete.

Sections

You can decide which sections to show in your dashboard by clicking the Edit layout button. You will then see a button Toggle sections if you click that you will be able to see the different section options you can turn on and off. Once you have decided which sections you want to show in your dashboard click the Save and exit button. You can also use the cancel button to undo any changes you have made.

The sections available are:

  • Rock metrics

  • Meetings

  • To-Do's

  • Rocks

  • Scorecard

  • Headlines

Layout

You can move the sections around in the dashboard so that they are in your preferred layout by dragging and dropping each section to the position you prefer.

You can also resize each section by dragging the white dot in the bottom right hand corner to the width you prefer. If you want to reset the layout to the default you can click the Restore default layout button and it will return to our default dashboard layout.

Rock Metrics

The Rock Metrics section shows you how many of your rocks are on-track, off-track and complete. You can adjust the time frame for the metrics by using the filter in the drop down.

My Meetings

The My Meetings shows you the upcoming and past meetings you have scheduled. You will see the team, the date and time and the title of the meeting and a countdown to the day of the meeting. On the day the meeting is scheduled you will see a Join button so you can join the meeting directly from your dashboard. You can also edit the meeting schedule and delete the meeting using the three dots menu.

You can also add a new meeting by clicking the + button. You will then see a popup where you can schedule your new meeting.

My To-Do's

The My To-Do's section shows you all the to-do's that are allocated to you for the team / teams you have selected in the dashboard filter, as well as your private to-do's in the tabs at the top. You will see the to-do's priority, status, title and due date. You can update the status and priority of the to-do from the drop down menus.

In the three dot menu you can also edit the to-do, add and issue, make a copy of the to-do or delete it.

You can also add a new to-do using the + button. You will then see a popup where you can add the information about your new to-do.

My Headlines

The My Headlines section will show you all the headlines that you are the owner for within the team / teams selected in the dashboard filter. You will see the headlines status, title, owner (you) and team. You can update the status by using the drop down menu, there is also the three dots menu where you can edit a headline, add an issue, create a to-do, make a copy of a headline or delete it.

You can also add a new headline using the + button. You will then see a popup where you can add the information about your new headline.

My Rocks

The My Rocks section will show you all the rocks assigned to you within the team / teams selected in the dashboard filter. You will see the rocks status, title and due date. You can update the status by using the drop down menu, there is also the three dots menu where you can edit a rock, add an issue, create a to-do, make a copy of a rock or delete it.

Rocks are split into two categories, company rocks and individual rocks.

You can also add a new rock using the + button. You will then see a popup where you can add the information about your new rock.

Scorecard

The Scorecard™ section will show you all the measurables assigned to you within the team / teams selected in the dashboard filter. You will see the measurables owner (you), team, title, and metrics.

You can see the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually metrics via the tabs at the top. You can also adjust the time frame displayed using the dropdown menu.

You can see also update your Scorecard™ metrics directly in the dashboard by clicking into the measurable and date you want to update.

You can also add a new measurable using the + button. You will then see a popup where you can add the information about your new measurable.
