Filtering

Filtershelp you quickly narrow down data across Scorecards, Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, and Headlines, as well as by Teams and People, allowing you to customize your view and use filters to manage your workspace efficiently.

The "Is / Is Not" filter condition allows you to control which data is displayed by including or excluding specific values. This filter is used consistently across Scorecards, Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, Headlines, Teams, and People, giving you flexible ways to customize your view.

Steps to Select Teams:

  1. Click on the Team filter field.

  2. Select a team from the dropdown list.

    • This is required. The "Is" and "Is Not" filter conditions will only appear after you’ve selected a team.

3. After selecting a team, choose the filter condition:

  • Is - to include the selected team(s).

  • Is Not - to exclude the selected team(s).

  1. You can also toggle ON the "Choose multiple" button at the bottom of the Teams dropdown if you want to include/exclude multiple teams data. Tick the checkbox next to each team you want to view/hide.

The funnel icon lets you apply additional filters to narrow down data in different parts of the app. Depending on where you are—whether it's Scorecards, Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, Headlines, Teams, or People—the filter options will vary.

This guide explains what filters appear in each section and what Status options are available when applicable.

Filter Options by Section

Below is a breakdown of what filter fields are available when you click the funnel icon, depending on the section you're in.

1. Scorecards

  • Available Filters:

    • Status: Active, Archived

    • Owner

2. Rocks

  • Available Filters:

    • Status: On-track, Off-track, Done, Not done

    • Owner

    • Type: Company or Individual

3. Headlines

  • Available Filters:

    • Status: Not shared, Shared

    • Owner

4. To-Dos

  • Available Filters:

    • Status: To-do, Done

    • Owner

    • Priority: High, Medium, Low or No priority

5. Issues

  • Available Filters:

    • Status: Not solved, Solved

    • Owner

    • Priority: High, Medium, Low or No priority

6. Teams

  • Available Filters:

    • Team

    • User

7. People

  • Available Filters:

    • Team

    • Permission: Owner, Admin, Manager, Team Member, Observer and Implementer

    • User Status: Active and Inactive
