Scorecard™
The Scorecard™ is a key part of EOS® — it's a snapshot of your most important numbers. They help your team stay on track, catch issues early, and stay focused on what really matters.
When you first go to set up your Scorecard™ you will be prompted to add your first measurable.

Add new measurable
To add your own measurable click the Add measurable button in the prompt or at the top right hand side of the screen.
You will then see a popup where you can add the title, an optional description, choose the type of measurable and set the goal. On the right hand side you can select if the measurable is weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually, assign it to a team and give it an owner.

You can choose from a range of common measurables from our library by clicking the Library button. The measurables in the library are split into weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually via the tabs at the top, as well as divided into categories such as Sales and Marketing, Operations and Finance measurables for each time frame.
To add any measurables from the library click the toggle on for the measurables you want to add and select the team and owner you want the measurables to apply to. Then click the Add {number} measurables button and they will now appear in your Scorecard™.

Select the formula option from the drop down you will see an
Edit formulabutton.

+Add-Subtract*Multiply/Divide()Group expressions
An icon will appear on the right hand side to tell you if your formula will calculate correctly or not. If it's working it will show the green Good icon. If there is a mismatch in goal type or an error in the formula it will show as the red Bad icon.

Any measurables that include formulas will be marked with the orange triangle on the top left corner

To add data to your measurables click in the cell for the measurable in the date column you wish to update. You can type in your data and if it meets the goals for the measurable the cell will turn green, if it doesn't the cell will turn red.
