ClickUp
The ClickUp integration keeps your Success.co To-Dos and ClickUp tasks in sync, removing the need for duplication. Updates flow both ways, so whether you make a change in Success.co or ClickUp, your tasks stay aligned and your team stays on track.
Before you can start syncing to-dos you need to complete the set up process. To set up your integration with ClickUp go to your intergration settings via your company logo > settings > integrations.
You will then see the integration options. Click the enable button next to the Clickup option.

You will then be asked to authorise the connection between Success.co and ClickUp. Click the Connect ClickUp button.
If you are using ClickUp regularly you will be automatically logged into your account. Otherwise you will be asked to login.

You will then be asked to select the workspace in ClickUp that you want to connect with. Select the appropriate workspace and click the Connect workspace button.

You will then be brought back to the integration settings in Success.co. Please choose which space you wish the to-dos to sync with from the dropdown menu. Click the refresh icon if not all your spaces are showing in the list.

Another group of settings will then appear where you can select the list you want to sync with. Again if all your lists are not showing please click the refresh icon.
Then choose your statuses to map to to-do and done in Success.co. If you have custom statuses they will appear in this list and allow you to map your choice of status.
Once you're happy with the settings click the Finished button.

You will then see the green enabled icon against the ClickUp integration showing the setup is complete.

On your to-dos you will now see a ClickUp icon when in the list view and in the right hand side bar when inside the to-do. Next to the ClickUp icon you will see the status of the sync, a link to the to-do in ClickUp and a manual re-sync button.

Priority Column
We do a best effort to match priorities by text
Custom priority names may not sync correctly
Common priority mappings - ClickUp ↔ Success.co:
"High" ↔ "High"
"Medium" ↔ "Medium"
"Low" ↔ "Low"
"None" ↔ "No priority"
"Urgent" (ClickUp) → "High"
Team Change Limitations
Important: If you add a todo and later change the assigned team, any existing synced task on ClickUp will not automatically move to a different destination list.
What happens:
The todo remains on the original ClickUp list
You'll need to manually move it on ClickUp as needed
Best practice: Set the correct team before creating the todo to avoid this limitation.
User Assignment Limitations
We do a best effort to match users on both sides based on their email
If a user is not found, we leave the existing assignment
A todo can only be assigned to one user in Success.co but can be assigned to multiple in ClickUp - we do a best effort based on the first user we find assigned in ClickUp
If a user you are assigning to doesn’t have access to the destination list, ClickUp will refuse to accept the sync. You can click the manual sync to test for this.
Can’t sync to new workspace / project management apps
If you already synced a todo to a different workspace or project management system, it can not be synced to a different system later. This is by-design to prevent confusion. If you need to, you can make a copy of a todo and sync the new todo, then delete the old todo.
If you switch project management apps, the link to the task in the old app will be remembered.
Best practices:
Ensure users exist on both sides and have access to the team in Success.co and the list in ClickUp.
Only assign a todo to one user at a time in ClickUp
