Implementers
For EOS® Implementers, Success.co makes it simple to set up an account, add client companies, and manage all your teams in one organised place.
EOS Implementers get a free Success.co account. All you have to do is sign up with your eosworldwide.com email address and your account will automatically be free.
If you do not have an eosworldwide.com email or you wish to use a different email address to sign up such as your business email, please contact support with your name and the email you wish to be on the free implementer account and we will update this account for you.
In your own account you will be the Owner permission level. This gives you full access to everything and the ability to delete the account. It also means you can be assigned things such as Rocks, Issues and To-dos that you may need to work on within your company.
In your clients accounts you will need to be set as the Implementer permission level. This makes you a free seat within their account. You will be able to see everything, but can not be assigned anything. If you are set as the Implementer for a company it will show in the Implementer Hub in your own company account.
There are two ways you can add a client to Success:
Add a client in your Implementer Hub - Recommended method
Go to your Implementer hub in your account. If this is your first time adding a client you will see the Add your first client
button in the My clients tab.

You will then go through the company set up process where you will need to complete the following information on screen one:
Company Name (Required)
Company Url (Required) - This is autogenerated from the company name but can be updated.
Once you've completed these two fields click the Lets go
button.

On screen two you will be asked to complete the following fields:
Language (Required - Default: English - EN)
Timezone (Required - automatically set from computer - can be updated)
Moving from another platform (Optional)
Once you have complete these fields click the Create company
button

You will now be redirected to the new company account.
You will be automatically added as a user in the Leadership team with the permission level of Implementer.

Now you will need to add the first user for the company.
This person will need to be set as the Owner permission level. This is typically the CEO or Visionary, or the Integrator, but can be whoever will take responsibility for the company account in Success as they will have the ability to delete the account.

You will then be able to see the new company you just created in the dropdown menu under Switch company.

The company will also now show in your Implementer hub

Create company in Switch company - Not recommended for Implementers
You can also click the Create company
button in the Switch Company menu.
This is a longer method, you will need to follow the same steps as for creating a company through the Implementer hub but you will be created as the Owner permission level for this new company and will need to set your own permission level to Implementer once you've added a new user to be the Owner.

If your client has signed up independently or has used your referral link to sign up please ask them to invite you as a user and set you as the Implementer permission level (this is a free seat). Their company will then show up in your Implementer hub.

Join our Implementer Programme by signing up to PartnerStack using the button below.

You will then be redirected to this page and click the Join now button:

For the Implementer Program please Sign up using your EOS worldwide email address.

Provide your First and Last name, then create a Password.

You will be provided an option to add a business profile picture.

You will then receive an email to verify your email address > Click Verify email

You can now navigate the PartnerStack Success.co dashboard to track your referral program performance and access useful tools.
Overview Tab
Displays a summary of your program activity, focusing on key metrics like Clicks.
The graph compares the number of clicks in the Last 30 days (blue line) with the Previous 30 days (pink line).
Use the dropdown on the top right to adjust the date range for the stats shown.
Stats update hourly to give you near real-time data.

Navigation Menu
Summary: Overview of your referral performance (default landing page).
Performance: Detailed stats on your referrals, conversions, and commissions.
Links: Access and manage your unique referral links.
Customers: View clients who signed up through your referrals.
Resources: Download marketing materials, templates, and helpful content.
Messages: Communicate with the program administrators or partners.
Program Settings: Manage your account settings related to the referral program.

Referring Clients
Share your unique referral link via email, social media, or directly with clients.
Anyone who signs up through your link will be tracked automatically.
For accurate tracking, always ensure the client clicks your link before signing up.

Accessing PartnerStack and Referral Links from the Implementer Hub
From the main menu, go to Implementer Hub > My Clients. To go to your PartnerStack account click the Partner Programme button at the top right of your screen. From the dropdown menu, you can select Partner hub. This will redirect you to PartnerStack.
Below the Partner Hub option, you will see quick access to your referral links. Click any referral link to automatically copy it to your clipboard so you can share it with your clients.
