To begin, open Settings by selecting your company name or logo in the sidebar and choosing Settings from the dropdown. In the Settings menu, go to Integrations in the sidebar. Find Slack in the list and select Enable.

You will be routed to a page where you can review the app permissions and allow the Success.co app to access Slack. Select the workspace in Slack that you want to connect to Success.co from the dropdown.
After reviewing the privacy agreement and terms of service, click Allow to continue.

Selecting the settings icon next to the Ready indicator shows you the status of the Slack integration and it gives you options to reconnect or disconnect the integration. You can also select the Back to Integrations button if you want to return to the integrations menu.

To use the this integration, click the three-dot icon next to a comment in Slack and select the “Create in Success.co” action.
Initially, you may have to click "More message shortcuts" and then you will see the “Create in Success.co” option. As you use it more often it will then become a default in the list.
