How To Use To-Dos in Success.co?

To-Dos help you create traction between meetings. This guide shows you how to create, complete, and follow through—driving accountability and keeping everything moving forward.

You can add a to-do directly from your Dashboard by clicking the + button in the My to-dos section.

You can also go to the To-dos option in the sidebar and click the Add to-do button at the top right. If you are adding your first to-do you will also see a prompt in the centre of the screen with an Add to-do button.

When you create a new to-do, a popup will appear where you can:

  • Choose whether the to-do is a team or private to-do.

  • Enter a title and description.

  • Add or update the due date.

  • Select the team the to-do belongs to.

  • Assign the owner of the to-do.

  • Set the status (To-do, Done, or Not Done).

  • Assign a priority level.

  • Add attachments if needed.

The due date is automatically set to seven days in the future and can be updated using the calendar icon.

If you want to create multiple to-dos without closing the popup, toggle Create more ON.

Copy to multiple people

If you want a to-do to be created for multiple people you can turn the Choose multiple toggle on from the owner dropdown and tick on the boxes for the users you want to assign the to-do.

To add an issue from a to-do, click the three dots on that to-do and select the Raise issue option.

When creating a new issue, a popup will appear allowing you to update the following options:

  • Issue Type: Select whether the issue is Short Term or Long Term.

  • Title: Automatically populated with the related to-do title, which can be updated.

  • Team: Automatically populated with the creator’s team and can be updated if needed.

  • Owner: Automatically assigned to the creator and can be changed.
