A Simpler Cleaner Navigation for Success.co

A cleaner, simpler navigation is now live in Success.co. We have introduced a focused default menu with a flexible More section so new users can get started faster while experienced teams can tailor the sidebar to match their workflow.

We just refreshed the main navigation in Success.co to make everything easier to understand at a glance. As we continued to add new features, we noticed and also heard from many of you that the sidebar was beginning to feel a little overwhelming for new users.

Here is what the old layout looked like in the past.

Modern products such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Linear and Teamwork.com follow a familiar pattern. They provide a focused default menu, a place for everything else in a "More" section, and the freedom for users to personalise the layout. This helps newcomers get started quickly while still giving experienced teams full control.

We have now adopted this approach. The new menu is much simpler for first time users and includes the items that are most commonly used. Everything else is still available and can be added whenever it becomes relevant.

To customise your menu, simply choose Customize sidebar inside the More menu.

We hope this change feels natural and helpful. We understand that people build muscle memory for where items live, so we did not take this decision lightly. Still, we believe this approach is the right balance between clarity for new users and power for growing teams.
