I came to this work the hard way.
Early in my career, I ran my own trading book. I was fully responsible — for every decision, big and small. And I got so close to my business that I couldn't see it clearly anymore. I kept outworking the problem. More hours, more pressure, more control. It didn't work. It cost me — financially, emotionally, and almost everything else.
I found my way back. And what I found on the other side was a deep, permanent empathy for entrepreneurs living inside that same storm. I see it every day. The outworking. The firefighting. The owner who can't take a vacation not because they haven't hired well enough — but because nobody has defined the rules of the game.
That's why I do this work.
Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I spent 6 years as an Interim Integrator — embedded inside entrepreneurial companies, running Level 10 meetings, navigating mid-quarter people decisions, rebuilding accountability charts, and making EOS real on a Tuesday morning after the quarterly session ended. I've led two full company turnarounds. I've watched leadership teams transform when the right people finally sit around the right table with a shared vision and the discipline to execute it.
Now I bring that experience into the quarterly room — as your Implementer.
What working with me looks like: I meet you where your emotions are, not just where your brain is. When you walk in the door, your cortisol is up. Your mind is spinning. I don't create dependency. I embed, model, walk alongside, and then step back. My goal is a leadership team that doesn't need me to function — but chooses to keep me because the work keeps compounding.
