About
I have hired, fired and led hundreds of people from key executives to engineers to front line workers so I understand the people issues endemic to entrepreneurial businesses. And people issues are among the most emotionally draining and fiscally damaging issues we face.
I have been on several boards including Chairman of the Filter Manufacturers Council and I spent three years on the Government Affairs Committee at The Autocare Association lobbying Congress to pass consumer protection legislation. I have taught yoga classes and workshops nationally and internationally and owned a yoga studio in Los Angeles.
Lean methodology and continuous improvement have always fascinated me so I studied extensively with Toyota, GE and LEI. My background in seeing waste helps my clients cut the fat so their goals are clear and potent.
One of my strengths as a coach is the ability to pull out stories, lessons and examples from my 30+ years as a business owner, professional gambler, EO Accelerator coach, and my many years in EO surrounded by entrepreneurs.
