About
I grew up in a serial-entrepreneurial family on Chicago’s South Side. At eight years old, I was selling fresh-cut meats at flea markets just to spend time with my dad. That early entrepreneurial spark stuck with me.
I spent over 30 years in the high-risk maritime industry as a U.S. Navy Officer and Merchant Mariner. My days were spent making rapid decisions in critical operations—ship collisions, groundings, and emergency responses were routine. Those experiences honed my ability to stay calm under pressure and extract clarity from chaos.
Like many entrepreneurs, I wanted to be my own boss. I started a side hustle that grew into three successful businesses—but, like my dad, I often felt overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with continuous growth and daily execution. That’s when I discovered EOS®. It didn’t just change my business—it changed my life. Overnight, offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, I realized that with the right tools, clarity, and alignment, teams could accomplish extraordinary results.
Now, I help visionary business owners and leadership teams do the same. I specialize in helping leaders who are ambitious, driven, and sometimes scattered. My goal is to pull their big-picture vision out of their heads, make it executable, and give them the confidence and clarity to run their businesses with control. My approach is authentic, tough-love, and transformational: I cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and pour everything I’ve got into helping clients succeed.
My personal mission? Make work suck less for everyone, while turning visionary ideas into tangible results that last.
