My passion is helping small and medium-sized businesses to grow and thrive.
After starting my career in corporate consulting in New York and London, I transitioned to oversee operations at a fast-growing business operating between the US and Ghana. During this time, I spearheaded the setup of a new factory, scaled our supplier base from 90 to 8,000, and helped drive revenue growth by over 250%. Throughout this journey, I experienced firsthand the challenges of aligning execution with a company’s vision.
In the years that followed, I worked with over 20 small and medium-sized businesses & non-profits around the globe. It was during this period that I discovered EOS. I noticed that my most successful clients were using EOS, and I quickly became a passionate advocate of the system. Today, I am dedicated to helping other entrepreneurial leaders implement EOS in their own organizations.
I work mostly with clients in the UK and Africa, and I am the master franchisee for the EOS brand in East Africa.
