About
I have run, bought, and sold companies. Most of that time, I thought as an executive, it just had to be hard, stressful, include a lot of hours, blood, sweat, and tears. “That’s why we get paid”, I thought. When I discovered EOS in the business I was running and doubled its value in two years, I discovered it doesn’t have to be as hard as I thought. We can have balance and achieve more than we ever thought. I want to give that same discovery to the rest of the world, which is why I’m helping leadership teams implement EOS in their organizations. I am passionate about helping my clients to live the EOS Life: doing what they love, with people they love, making a huge impact, being compensated appropriately, and having time for other passions.
