Partner & Affiliate Terms of Service
Welcome to the Success.co Partner & Affiliate Program (the “Program”).
We’re excited to work with you. Before you dive in, please read these Terms carefully.
By applying to or participating in the Program through PartnerStack (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t join the Program and reach out to us.
1. The Basics
1.1. Who we are – “We”, “us”, “our” means Success.co, including our related entities.
1.2. Who you are – “You”, “Partner”, or “Affiliate” means the individual or company accepted into the Program through the Platform.
1.3. The Platform – PartnerStack helps us manage sign-ups, tracking, and payouts. You’ll find all the links and resources there.
1.4. Qualified Referral – A sale or lead that meets our rules and earns you a commission.
1.5. Commission – Your reward for a Qualified Referral, as defined in the Platform.
1.6. Spam – Any unsolicited or shady promotion — like mass emails, public forum blasts, fake reviews, or posting links on sites you don’t own. Just don’t.
2. Joining the Program
Apply through PartnerStack. We review every application and may approve or decline at our discretion.
By joining, you confirm that:
you’re at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country);
you’re allowed to sign this Agreement;
you’ll promote Success.co responsibly and legally.
To qualify for our Implementer Partner Program, you’re required to be an official EOS® Implementer and listed on EOS Worldwide's public Implementer Directory.
We reserve the right to change, pause, or end the Program or your participation anytime.
3. How We work Together
You’re an independent contractor, not our employee or agent. You can’t act on our behalf or make promises for us. You’re responsible for your own taxes and any legal obligations tied to your earnings.
4. Promoting Success.co (The Right Way)
We want partners who promote us with integrity. So:

Use the approved links and visuals from PartnerStack.
Share Success.co on your site, email list, or social channels if you own or manage them.
Be transparent: if you’ll earn a commission, disclose that clearly.
🚫 What’s not okay
No spam: don’t post affiliate links on random sites, forums, Reddit threads, or public comment sections.
No misleading claims: don’t promise results, features, or benefits we haven’t approved.
No paid ads on our brand name: don’t bid on “Success.co” or similar keywords.
No hijacking traffic: avoid redirects, pop-ups, fake buttons, or trick clicks.
No impersonation: don’t pretend you’re us or an employee of Success.co.
If you’re unsure whether a marketing method is okay, just ask first.
5. Getting paid
You’ll see the commission structure and payout schedule in PartnerStack.
You only earn for Qualified Referrals (i.e. real customers, not bots or buddies).
Refunds, chargebacks, or fraud = no commission.
We may adjust commission rates or payment timing; you’ll always find the latest info in PartnerStack.
You’re responsible for giving us correct payment and tax info.
6. Our Brand & Content
We’ll give you access to approved logos, text, and visuals (“Licensed Materials”).
You can use them as-is to promote Success.co. Just don’t:
edit, stretch, recolor, or distort them;
use them in ways that could damage our reputation;
suggest we endorse you personally.
All rights to our brand and materials remain ours.
Any promotional content you create remains yours. By sharing it with us, you let us reuse or showcase it (with credit, where appropriate).
7. Keeping it clean
We monitor how our brand shows up in the world. If we spot misuse or anything that could harm Success.co’s reputation, we may:
suspend or terminate your participation,
withhold unpaid commissions, and
remove your access to the Program.
We’d rather not. So if we reach out about a concern, please fix it promptly.
8. Ending the Partnership
Either of us can end this Agreement at any time - no hard feelings. Just give notice through the Platform or in writing.
When it ends:
stop promoting Success.co and remove your tracking links;
no new commissions will be earned after termination;
unpaid commissions for valid referrals stay payable (unless you violated the Terms).
Sections like intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnity still apply after termination.
9. Legal bits
You agree to follow all applicable laws; especially around advertising, privacy, and anti-spam.
If you break these Terms or misuse the Program, you agree to cover any costs, claims, or damages we face because of it.
We make no guarantees about your earnings. Success varies by effort, timing, and market and you get the freedom to make it work.
10. Liability Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you won’t exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months before any issue.
We’re not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses (like lost profits or reputation damage).
11. Updates & Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the latest version in PartnerStack or email you.
Keep promoting? That means you’ve accepted the new Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is the full understanding between us.
If one clause is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
You can’t transfer your participation without our permission.
We can assign ours anytime.
Governing law: Republic of Ireland.
By joining or continuing in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
