About
Daniel’s passion has always been business, from his first job at the age of 10 when he fell in love with the world of work. Since starting his first business aged 21, he has been a founder, owner & leader of successful companies in various industries including retail trade, commercial site development, telecommunications, manufacturing & consulting.
Daniel always loved learning how to make business “work” & his passion led him on a search for the best tools around the world.
In 2014, Daniel read TRACTION; he immediately knew that EOS was the holistic & simple answer that he had been looking for. He loved what he read so much that he went on to become the first EOS Implementer in APAC, & made it his mission to bring EOS to the region.
Daniel is an Expert EOS Implementer and has delivered more than 1,300 full-day sessions with hundreds of leadership teams. He loves that he can combine his first-hand experience as an entrepreneur with the power of EOS, to help others get what they want from their business & life.
In 2017, Daniel was trusted by EOS Worldwide to expand the brand internationally and founded the EOS community in APAC. After a hiatus, Dan returned to leadership of the regional Implementer community at the end of 2025.
