Through the implementation of the EOS process, Eli helps crystallize the company’s vision and fosters a cohesive team that is dedicated to executing that vision. With a background as a certified NLP-Coach Practitioner and experienced teacher, Eli brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching practice.
With 18 years of experience in growing and running a successful community school system, Eli has demonstrated his ability to lead and inspire others. As a co-founder of two non-profit organizations, he has played a key role in guiding them from inception to full operation. Additionally, Eli is a real estate owner and partner in a real estate investment company, further showcasing his diverse entrepreneurial experience.
