About
I have been helping growth-oriented companies achieve desired financial and operational results for over 20 years. As CFO/COO for companies in the real estate, professional services, and manufacturing industries I led significant change initiatives across all functional areas of each business and became an expert "decomplexifier" - developing a keen ability to root out unnecessary complexity and achieve more through simplification.
In addition to my relentless focus on execution, I am also a visionary and entrepreneur who has founded/co-founded several businesses including a coworking space, a fractional CFO/COO firm, and a not-for-profit youth basketball organization whose mission is to connect students across cultural, racial, and socio-economic barriers.
While enjoying much success, I have also dealt with my share of failure and challenges including two unsuccessful business ventures and a life-altering health crisis with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. As a result of these formative experiences, I believe I have a unique ability to bring an element of fun, joy, determination, and optimism to even the most challenging business and personal issues that my clients may face.
