I help people get what they want out of their businesses. Over the past 16 years, I have worked alongside entrepreneurs to help them grow their small and midsized businesses. My real-world experience comes from navigating the challenges of leading teams and juggling resources–during both exciting growth and frustrating stagnation.

Bringing in an EOS Implementer was pivotal at my last company during a time when we felt stuck. It transformed us from a group of people who all had slightly different ideas of what success looked like into a healthy leadership team all aligned and working with accountability towards a clear vision. Later, our discipline and cohesiveness with EOS helped us overcome our biggest challenge the company had ever seen. We emerged even stronger... and with our personal lives intact!
