After a 30-year career leading global teams in the high-tech industry, I took the leap to pursue my lifelong dream of entrepreneurship — starting a family pizza business. It was a humbling experience that taught me firsthand how passion, hard work, and great intentions can still fall short without the right structure and accountability.
That experience inspired me to launch a consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses succeed where I had struggled — building systems, clarity, and teamwork that actually work.
When I discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), it immediately resonated. Its practical tools and simple, proven process reflected everything I believed about how healthy businesses should run — and gave me a framework to help others get there faster.
