Interim Integrator & Wizard of Ops.

Chris Beer

Lifelong nerd & retired mathlete. As an Interim Integrator working with companies committed to EOS®, I spend much of my week inside Level 10 meetings helping leadership teams turn EOS from a framework into a practical operating rhythm. Sitting in multiple L10s each week gives me a clear view of how EOS actually shows up day-to-day—how teams run IDS, manage scorecards, and maintain the discipline that makes the system work. I’m particularly interested in the small operational details that determine whether EOS sticks or fades. Through my writing and teaching at EOS Worldwide events, I aim to help Integrators and leadership teams better understand the day-to-day mechanics of running EOS well.

About

Chris Beer is the founder of Wizard of Ops®, where she helps fast-growing companies regain traction when they’ve outgrown their people, processes, and way of operating. As an experienced Integrator for companies running on EOS®, Chris is known for stepping in when leadership teams need a hands-on, day-to-day push to fully live the tools at scale. She has spoken at the EOS Conference and led multiple breakout sessions at the Quarterly Integrator Exchange, sharing real-world lessons on building clarity, accountability, and growth through EOS.

Experience and Background

Before her work with EOS, Chris built her career in finance, including time in options trading, where she developed a practical approach to decision-making under uncertainty, risk management, and acting decisively without perfect information...skills that continue to shape how she helps leadership teams execute today.

Chris lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband, two teenage children, and mischievous yellow lab. She has no real hobbies to speak of, unless you count driving teenagers to and from their activities as a full-time sport! Her YouTube channel is filled with videos that come straight from experience putting in the reps with EOS tools, used in real leadership teams working alongside an EOS Implementer: https://www.youtube.com/@wizard-of-ops

“A good plan, violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan next week” — George Patton

Why does this resonate with me? EOS teaches you to make timely decisions with incomplete information, take action, and use a structured process to quickly adjust when needed.
