I genuinely love going to work. From the very beginning, I’ve been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping people achieve more than they thought possible. I’ve been fortunate to learn from outstanding leaders, mentors, and colleagues, and to contribute to organizations that shaped my growth along the way.

My career started in franchising, where I gained a deep appreciation for goal clarity, the impact of repeatable processes, and the value of shared knowledge. Over the past 20 years, I’ve continued to push myself in small businesses, family-owned companies, and PE-backed organizations. What I’m most proud of isn’t just business results—it’s the people I’ve helped grow, the obstacles I’ve helped them overcome, and the goals I’ve helped them reach.

Today, as an EOS Implementer, I’m committed to mastering my craft as a teacher, facilitator, and coach. I help leadership teams apply the EOS tools to gain clarity, align their vision, and execute with confidence.
