Caroline Moluf

I credit my grandfather with sparking my entrepreneurial passion. He was a serial entrepreneur with a gift for harnessing human energy to build successful companies. My journey to become a coach for entrepreneurs started as a leader in strategic planning and operations for health systems. In 2019, I co-founded the entrepreneurial division for The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where I fell in love with startups. After spinning out several companies from MUSC, I became COO of The Skin Clique (TSC), the nation’s first concierge medical aesthetics practice. As we scaled nationally, we hit ceiling after ceiling as complexity grew. We were frustrated and the business felt out of control. A mentor handed me Traction, and I knew EOS was our answer.

With EOS, we scaled TSC from $2M to $15M in three years. I loved EOS so much that I became an EOS Implementer to help other entrepreneurs do the same. I’ve worked with 25+ clients, impacting 100+ leadership team members across multiple industries to include healthcare, recruiting, finance, construction, marketing, professional services and retail to name a few.

I’m exactly where I’m meant to be—helping leaders gain focus and freedom while prioritizing my role as a Wife and Mom to my three young children.  I want to help you use EOS to build a business that serves your life – not the other way around.
