I always dreamed of working for myself. So, in my early thirties, I took the plunge—only to realize that being your own boss often means you work for everyone: clients, employees, even the printer that jams at the worst time.
After years of growth, my business hit a ceiling. I pushed hard—late nights, too much coffee, and missing key moments with my kids. Eventually, I waved the white flag and sold the business.
That’s when I got back to what I love—helping business owners think strategically, solve problems, and actually enjoy success. Plus, I finally got to be present for my kids (turns out, they’re pretty cool).
I know the grind of wearing all the hats and doing "one more thing" at midnight. Now, as a fully-trained Coach and EOS Implementer, I bring thousands of hours of experience helping leaders and teams. I love EOS because it’s simple, powerful, and helps entrepreneurs build businesses that work for them—not the other way around.
