I’m a lifelong entrepreneur passionate about building better businesses, increasing productivity, and driving real, sustainable growth.
I started my first company at 26 and grew it to 200 employees and $65M in revenue. Along the way, it became the seventh fastest-growing startup in Canada and made the Profit 500 list seven years in a row.
I’ve experienced the realities of entrepreneurship firsthand. From rapid growth to the pressure that comes with scale and the responsibility of leading a business that supports hundreds of people and their families. Those experiences shaped how I work today as a Certified EOS Implementer.
