My journey started on the shop floor of my family’s commercial glazing company - sweeping, installing, and learning what hard work looks like in -30°C Saskatchewan winters. I worked my way into the office and, like a lot of second-gen leaders, inherited more chaos than clarity. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s when I discovered EOS and everything changed.

The Entrepreneurial Operating System gave us the structure, clarity, and accountability we desperately needed. Over five years of using the tools, I saw our business get healthier, our team get stronger, and the stress start to fade. I realized I didn’t just believe in EOS, I wanted to help other leaders implement it too. So I transitioned out of my role at the family business and became an EOS Implementer.

But for many owners, EOS is only part of the picture.

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), I also help owners think long-term whether they want to sell, scale, or simply step back.
Most people think “exit planning” is something you do at the end. But the truth is, it’s about building a business that’s valuable, transferable, and doesn’t depend entirely on you. I help owners define what they want, understand what their business is worth, and close the gap whether they’re looking at an exit in one year or ten.
