I love seeing people succeed in their aspirations especially business owners. I know the growing pains of building something, because I've lived them myself, and I want to help reduce that weight for others. I do this by clearly helping business owners map out where they are today and where they actually want to get to.
Twenty-plus years in IT took me from technician through to Head of Delivery which is where the numbers came from. Utilisation, the GP chain, project accountability: the stuff that tells you if a business is actually running well, not just looking well on paper.
I've spent the last 8 years running on EOS® inside businesses, seeing first hand the positive affects it has.
I'm based in Melbourne, and I'm now committed to helping business owners and leaders build a business, and a life that doesn't need them holding it all together.
