About
I was born and raised in South America and come from a family of immigrants and entrepreneurs - so entrepreneurship has always been in my blood. I studied Hospitality Management, had my own Catering business for 2 years, and then worked in luxury hotels and restaurants around the world in senior Operations and HR roles for 25 years.
The best part of my job was coaching executives and working with leadership teams to build positive cultures that delivered great results. The worst part of my job was dealing with slow decisions, unproductive meetings and over-complicated processes. After reading “Traction”, I realized that I was a misplaced entrepreneur in the corporation. I became obsessed with bringing clarity, simplicity and structure to the chaos, and started implementing EOS tools as an internal coach to help overcome the corporate bureaucracy that was killing my soul.
The positive results I experienced with EOS led me to leave my job to help companies gain Traction. I now use my hospitality background to serve entrepreneurs, and my business coaching experience to help improve transparency and accountability, so it doesn't feel like corporate politics.
