For over 12 years, James has led change alongside leadership teams across big tech, healthcare, education, technology, and the charity sector. He understands how hard it can be to keep people aligned, accountable, and focused when the day-to-day is demanding and too much depends on a few key people.

James brings real-world experience to every EOS session. This is not theory. He has lived EOS from inside an organisation, serving in what EOS calls the Integrator role and helping run the day-to-day of the business using the system. From that seat, he experienced first-hand how EOS can help a team cut through chaos, clarify priorities, solve real issues faster, and move forward with confidence.
