Hi, I’m Rani — Ireland’s first and only Certified EOS Implementer® and a world-class facilitator who helps founders scale without losing their sanity (or their soul).

I’ve built and sold multiple businesses — telecoms, virtual assistance, fashion, beauty,  and yes, even adult retail. I’ve had wins and wipeouts, and learned the hard way that success without structure burns you out fast. EOS gave me the operating system I wish I’d had all along — and now, it’s the one I teach.

I work with founders and leadership teams who want clarity, alignment, and accountability — minus the corporate nonsense. My real gift? Reading the room. Translating silence. Spotting the unspoken dynamics that quietly shape every decision.

I believe business should feel human. That means kindness. Transparency. A bit of fun. We’ll tell the truth, we’ll laugh, and we’ll leave with a plan that actually works in the real world. Vision, Traction, Healthy - with heart.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me chasing my kids, cooking a Thai curry, or wearing sequins to a serious event — because honestly, life’s too short for boring suits. The way to my heart is a Tayto sandwich (IYKYK).

I’m also part of the international training team at EOS Worldwide, where I train new Implementers across the globe, and the world’s first holder of an EOS Master Franchise — helping bring EOS to new markets and new voices.
