You can now assign both Scorecard Measurables and Rocks to multiple teams.
No more duplicating items or losing visibility. Whether it’s a shared KPI or a cross-functional Rock, this update helps everyone stay aligned with less effort.
Scorecard Measurables
Some Measurables matter to more than one team. Whether it’s a shared conversion rate between Sales and Marketing or a financial KPI tracked by both Finance and Leadership, duplication used to be the only workaround.
Now there’s a better way.
Just hit the “Report on multiple teams” toggle when creating or editing a Measurable and select the teams that need access.
It will appear on each team’s Scorecard with updates fully synced and no duplicates required.
This keeps your Scorecards clean, connected and collaborative.
Rocks
Cross-functional Rocks are common and now Success.co makes them easier to manage.
Whether you're launching a new product, running a company-wide initiative or tackling a Rock that involves multiple departments, you can now reflect that structure in your account.
Here’s how it works.
Just hit the “Assign to multiple teams” toggle when creating or editing a Rock and choose all the teams involved.
Each team will see the Rock in their list, and any updates will stay perfectly in sync.
This ensures shared priorities stay visible and aligned across the business.
