Head of Operations at Success.co, bringing over 10 years of experience across design, software development, and emergency medicine. I've always been drawn to solving problems, whether that's on a paramedic shift or untangling a messy process, and ops turns out to be the perfect place for that. I do some of my best work remotely, preferably with a coconut in hand.

Experience & Background

My background spans 8 years in design and 4 years as a front-end developer. I ran my own design studio before joining an international IT consultancy, where I worked on projects including the NHS AI and Digital Regulations website. From there I moved into a front-end development and developer relations role at a headless CMS, before finding my way into SaaS operations. I've also been a practicing paramedic since 2015, which has sharpened my ability to problem solve quickly and adapt to whatever gets thrown at me. I'm passionate about self-development and lifelong learning, and enjoy working remotely, having lived in Lisbon and Bali. Anything to avoid the UK drizzle.
