For EOS® Implementers, Success.co makes it simple to set up an account, add client companies, and manage all your teams in one organised place.

Free Implementer Account

EOS Implementers get a free Success.co account. All you have to do is sign up with your eosworldwide.com email address and your account will automatically be free.

If you do not have an eosworldwide.com email or you wish to use a different email address to sign up such as your business email, please contact support with your name and the email you wish to be on the free implementer account and we will update this account for you.

When you land on the Implementer Hub, you’ll see a dashboard with high-level performance metrics and a list of your clients.

  • Client Capacity – Shows how full your current client load is based on your set capacity.

  • Average Session Rating – Displays the average rating from completed client sessions, with a trend over time.

  • Rocks On-Track – Indicates the percentage of client Rocks that are currently marked as on track.

  • Measurables Achieved Goal – Shows how many measurables across clients are hitting their targets.

  • Predicted Annual Revenue – Provides an estimated annual revenue based on your active clients.

  • Client List Section - Each row represents a client company.

  • Company Stats - Key EOS metrics are shown at a glance for each client.

Filtering Clients by Status

You can filter the client list based on each client’s current status.

Available Status Filters

  • Warm Lead

  • Active

  • Graduated

  • Paused

  • Inactive

  • Self Implementing

  • Adhoc

  • None

Turn on "Choose multiple" button to view more than 1 client status, this will update client statuses list automatically.

Edit Settings

This panel appears when you click the settings (gear) icon on the Implementer Hub dashboard. It allows you to adjust values used for capacity and revenue calculations.

What You’ll See

  • Average Session Fees
    The typical fee you charge per session. This value is used to calculate your predicted annual revenue.

  • Client Capacity
    The maximum number of clients you can actively support at one time. This directly affects your Client Capacity percentage.

Click Save settings to apply any updates. Changes take effect immediately and update the dashboard metrics.

In Implementer hub, click Add client (top-right)

Add new client

  • Enter the Company name.

  • Enter the Workspace URL (this becomes the client’s Success.co workspace link).

  • Click Continue.

Note that when you add a client thru the Implementer Hub, you'll automatically be added as an Implementer user to client account, same goes if added by the Practice Manager.

Client setup details

  • Choose a Language.

  • Choose a Timezone.

  • (Optional) Select the platform under Client moving from another platform?

  • Click Continue.

Add company owner

  • Enter the Owner first name, Owner last name, and Owner email.

  • If you want to invite them right away, check Invite now? (otherwise leave unchecked to invite later).

  • Click Continue.

Add company info

  • (Optional) Select Industry.

  • (Optional) Enter Location.

  • (Optional) Select Company size.

  • Click Create company.

Redirect into the new company and invite leadership team

  1. You’ll be redirected into the newly created client company.

  2. A Setup wizard appears asking you to Invite your leadership team:

  • Enter First name, Last name, and Email for each person.

  • Click Add user to add more rows.

  • Use the Send invite toggle if you want invites to go out now.

  • Click Invite people to send, or Skip to do it later.

Click on a client company name to view the client overview.

Client Overview Dashboard

This gives you a high‑level snapshot of the client’s overall health, engagement, and EOS activity in one place. Here you'll see:

  • Client Health - Shows the client’s overall EOS health percentage at a glance.

  • Sessions - Displays whether EOS sessions have been completed.

  • Average Session Rating - Shows the average rating from completed sessions.

  • Next Session - Indicates the next scheduled session, if any.

  • Notes - Space for internal notes related to the client.

  • Revenue - Displays tracked revenue for the client.

  • Profit - Displays tracked profit for the client.

  • Team Stats - Summarizes engagement and performance metrics for each team.

  • Client Profile Panel - Shows client status, industry, location, and EOS tools enabled.

The Partner Program section is where you can register as a partner and manage partner-related actions.

What you’ll see on this page

  • No clients yet
    An indicator that you don’t have any clients added under your account yet.

  • Add your first client
    A shortcut to add a client.
    This follows the same process as the Add Client flow already covered in this guide. Please refer to the Add Client section of the documentation for the full step-by-step process.

  • Partner Program card
    An overview of the Partner Program and partner benefits.

  • Commission information
    Details showing that partners can earn 25% commission from each registered client.

  • Register now
    A button to register with PartnerStack and officially join the Success.co Partner Program.

This section helps you get set up as a partner and start adding clients using the same client creation flow outlined earlier in the documentation.

Once you have added clients you will see them listed in this tab.

If they did not use your PartnerStack affiliate link to sign up to Success.co then you will see a register button next to them. If you click that their account will be associate with you in PartnerStack and you will receive affiliate income for them.

PartnerStack is where you’ll manage all your referrals and rewards for the Implementer Program. It’s easy to use and lets you:

  • Find your unique referral link

  • See how many clients have signed up through you

  • Track your earnings and payouts

  • Access helpful marketing materials

Join our Implementer Program by signing up to PartnerStack using the button below.

You will then be redirected to this page and click the Join now button:

For the Implementer Program please Sign up using your EOS worldwide email address.

Provide your First and Last name, then create a Password.

You will be provided an option to add a business profile picture.

You will then receive an email to verify your email address > Click Verify email

You can now navigate the PartnerStack Success.co dashboard to track your referral program performance and access useful tools.

Overview Tab

  • Displays a summary of your program activity, focusing on key metrics like Clicks.

  • The graph compares the number of clicks in the Last 30 days (blue line) with the Previous 30 days (pink line).

  • Use the dropdown on the top right to adjust the date range for the stats shown.

  • Stats update hourly to give you near real-time data.

Navigation Menu

  • Summary: Overview of your referral performance (default landing page).

  • Performance: Detailed stats on your referrals, conversions, and commissions.

  • Links: Access and manage your unique referral links.

  • Customers: View clients who signed up through your referrals.

  • Resources: Download marketing materials, templates, and helpful content.

  • Messages: Communicate with the program administrators or partners.

  • Program Settings: Manage your account settings related to the referral program.

Referring Clients

  • Share your unique referral link via email, social media, or directly with clients.

  • Anyone who signs up through your link will be tracked automatically.

  • For accurate tracking, always ensure the client clicks your link before signing up.

The Roadmap section is designed to keep you informed on what’s being worked on, what’s coming next, and what’s already been launched. This ensures transparency and gives you the opportunity to provide feedback that shapes future updates.

Overview

  • Stay informed about all upcoming and completed Success.co updates.

  • Vote on features to show which improvements matter most to you.

  • Use the Give Feedback button to suggest ideas or request enhancements.

Progress Legend

In the top-right, a color-coded indicator shows the number of items by status:

  • Green – Completed features.

  • Blue – Features currently in progress.

  • Red – Planned but not yet started.

Roadmap Phases

The roadmap is divided into four stages of development:

  1. Phase 1: Investigating – Early research and exploration of new ideas.

  2. Phase 2: Building – Active development is underway.

  3. Phase 3: Testing & Launch – Final quality assurance and user testing before release.

  4. Phase 4: Launched – Feature has been released to all users.

The Extras section allows Implementers to customize the Success.co experience for their clients by adding tailored help content.

Open Add Content

  1. Go to the Implementer Hub in the clients company

  2. Click Extras in the top navigation

  3. Select Help content

  4. Click the + Add content button

Select the Product Area

  1. In the Product area dropdown, choose where this help content will appear
    Examples:

    • Accountability chart

    • Dashboard

    • Meetings

    • Rocks

    • Scorecard

    • V/TO

    • To-dos

    • Teams

This determines which section of the platform the help content is tied to.

Fill in the Help Content Details

After selecting a product area, complete the following fields:

  • Use with all my clients
    Toggle this on if the content should be visible to all clients

  • Published
    Toggle on to make the content live immediately

  • Title
    The name of the help content shown to users

  • Description
    Add written guidance, instructions, or context
    (A description, video, or tip is required)

  • Videos (optional)
    Click Add Video to include a video walkthrough or explanation

  • Tips (optional)
    Click Add Tip to add short, actionable tips for users

On the right side, you’ll see a Preview showing how the help content will appear.

After saving, you’ll be returned to the Custom help content list, where you can see:

  • Product area

  • Title

  • Visibility (All clients or specific)

  • Description summary

  • Number of tips

  • Number of videos

  • Published status

  • Last updated date

From here, you can manage or remove help content as needed.
