Insights

The Insights dashboard in SUCCESS.co gives you a real-time view of how your organization is executing against priorities. It brings together key performance signals across meetings, Rocks (goals), and To-dos, so you can quickly assess what’s working and where attention is needed.

Insights is designed to help leaders move from data to action, focusing conversations on what matters most and driving accountability across teams.

Use the Overview tab to get a quick snapshot of execution across your organization.

How to use it

  1. Open Insights > Overview.

  2. Review the Health Summary cards at the top for a quick status check.

  3. Scan the Team Performance table to compare teams.

  4. Scroll down to view Execution Trends, AI Insights, and Execution Distribution.

  5. Use this page to spot risks, identify patterns, and decide where to drill in next.

The Overview tab is the best place to start when you want a high-level view before exploring details in Meetings, Rocks, To-dos, or Issues.

Click Company-wide to select a specific team from the dropdown and view their insights.
Select the calendar icon to choose which quarter of insights to view.

Health Summary

Use the Health Summary section to quickly understand overall execution health for the selected date range and filters.

How to use it

  1. Check Overall Health to see the combined execution score.

  2. Review Avg Meeting Rating to understand meeting effectiveness.

  3. Look at Rock Health to see how priorities are progressing.

  4. Check To-do Completion Rate to see whether tasks are being completed on time.

  5. Use these cards together to identify which area needs attention first.

The Health Summary helps you assess performance at a glance before reviewing team-level details and trends.

Review each team’s Health Score to quickly spot low-performing teams.

  1. Compare:

    • Meeting Rating to assess meeting effectiveness

    • Rocks on Track to check progress on priorities

    • To-do Completion to evaluate task accountability

    • Avg Issue Age to identify unresolved issues

  2. Look at the Trend column to see if performance is improving or declining.

  3. Click on a team row to drill into more detailed insights.

When to use it

  • To compare performance across teams

  • To identify which teams need support

  • To prepare for leadership or accountability meetings

Note: This section is only visible when the view is set to Company-wide. When a specific team is selected, this data is automatically filtered and shown throughout the page instead of in a comparison table.

Select a team to view its insights.

Execution Trends

The Execution Trends section shows how performance changes over time across meetings, Rocks, and issues.

  • Hover over any point or bar to see detailed values for that specific week.

  • Hover over the legend (color labels) to highlight specific data in the chart.

  • Use these trends to identify patterns, spikes, or declines in performance.

Meeting health over time: Track average meeting ratings by week

Rock status over time: See how Rocks progress across statuses (on track, off track, done, not done)

Issue trend: Monitor open issues, new issues, and resolved issues per week

AI Insights

The AI Insights section highlights key risks, trends, and changes in your organization’s execution, based on your data.

How to use it

  1. Review each insight card:

    • Risk: Flags potential issues that may need attention

    • Trend: Highlights positive or negative changes over time

  2. Read the summary to understand what changed and why it matters.

  3. Use the suggested action to guide team discussions or next steps.

Take action

  1. Click the three-dot menu on an insight card.

  2. Select:

    • Add issue to create an issue from the insight

    • Add to-do to assign a follow-up action

Execution Distribution

The Execution Distribution section helps you understand how performance is spread across teams and how work (Rocks) is distributed among owners.

Team Health Distribution

  • Shows how many teams fall into each category:

    • Healthy

    • At Risk

    • Unhealthy

Use this to quickly assess overall organizational health.

Rock Ownership Balance

  • Shows how Rocks are distributed across owners

  • Compare bar lengths to identify workload balance

  • Look for owners with significantly more Rocks than others

Click on an owner in Rock Ownership Balance to view their assigned Rocks in the Rocks section.

The Meetings tab in Insights helps you track meeting effectiveness, consistency, and follow-through over time.

How to use it

  1. Go to Insights > Meetings.

  2. Select your team and date range at the top.

  3. Review the summary cards:

    • Meeting Consistency: Percentage of weeks with at least one meeting held

    • Average Score: Overall meeting rating

    • Duration Variance: How much actual meeting time varies from planned

    • To-do Completion: Follow-through rate from meetings

  4. Use these metrics to quickly assess meeting health.


Meetings Trend

  1. Scroll to Meetings Trend.

  2. Use the toggle (Score, Attendance, Todos, Duration) to switch views.

  3. Review weekly trends to see how performance changes over time.

  4. Hover over points on the chart to view detailed data for each week.


Meeting Breakdown

  1. Scroll to Meeting Breakdown.

  2. Review each meeting type:

    • Held %: How often the meeting occurs

    • Avg Score: Meeting effectiveness

    • Duration Var.: Time variance from planned duration

    • To-do Completion: Follow-through from that meeting

    • Last Held: Most recent meeting date

  3. Compare meeting types to identify which are effective and which need improvement.

The Rocks tab shows progress, status, and completion of your team’s priorities over time.

How to use it

  1. Go to Insights > Rocks.

  2. Select your team and date range.

  3. Review the summary cards:

    • On Track / Off Track: Status of Rocks

    • Milestones Done: Progress toward completion

    • Avg Days to Complete: Speed of execution

  4. Check Rock Status Over Time to track progress by week.

  5. Review the Rock List to:

    • See owner, status, and % complete

    • Identify risks and stalled Rocks

The To-dos tab shows task completion, timeliness, and workload across your team.

How to use it

  1. Go to Insights > To-dos.

  2. Select your team and date range.

  3. Review the summary cards:

    • Completion Rate: % of To-dos completed on time

    • Avg Days to Complete: Time from creation to completion

    • Overdue: % of past-due To-dos

    • Avg To-dos per Person: Workload distribution

  4. Check the To-do Trend chart to track performance over time (use toggles to switch views).

  5. Review Weekly Completion by Team Member to identify top performers and gaps.

Click any value in Weekly Completion by Team Member to open a side panel with task details, completion rate, timing, and weekly activity.

Breakdown by Owner

  1. Scroll down to Breakdown by Owner.

  2. Review each team member:

    • Assigned / Completed: Task volume and output

    • Overdue: Missed deadlines

    • Avg Days: Speed of completion

    • Completion %: Overall performance

  3. Compare team members to identify top performers and those who may need support.

The Issues tab helps you track resolution speed, open issues, and overall issue trends.

How to use it

  1. Go to Insights > Issues.

  2. Select your team and date range.

  3. Review the summary cards:

    • Resolution Rate: % of issues resolved

    • Avg Days to Resolve: Time to close issues

    • Open Issues: Current unresolved issues

    • Issues per Meeting: Average issues raised


Issue Trend

  1. Review the Issue Trend chart to track changes over time.

  2. Use the toggle to switch between views (resolution rate, open count, created vs resolved).

  3. Hover over the chart to see weekly details.


Resolution by Age

  1. Check how quickly issues are resolved across time ranges.

  2. Use this to identify delays or aging issues.


Issues List

  1. Scroll to Issues List.

  2. Review each issue:

    • Type, owner, and status

    • Days open and assigned team

  3. Click on an issue to view or edit it in detail.
