Import Data

Getting started with Success.co is now easier than ever.

With our new Import Data feature, you can seamlessly bring your existing data from platforms like Ninety, Bloom Growth, and EOS One into Success.co in just a few simple steps. This allows you to transition quickly without losing the structure and information your team has already built.

When you first create your account in Success.co, you’ll see a checklist on the lower left side of your dashboard. Click “Add your data” to open the setup options.

A pop-up will appear asking how you’d like to add your data.

Choose How to Add Your Data

You’ll see three options:

1. Start Fresh

Use this option if you’re new to EOS software or prefer to build everything from scratch.

  • Manually add your teams and members

  • Set up your Accountability Chart, Scorecard, Rocks, and more

  • Best for brand new setups

2. Import from Spreadsheets

Use this option if you already have your data in Excel or CSV format.

  • Upload your data using pre-built templates

  • Quickly populate Scorecards, Rocks, To-Dos, and more

  • Ideal if you’ve been tracking EOS tools outside of software

3. Migrate from Another Platform

Use this option if you’re coming from another EOS platform.

  • Import data from Ninety, EOS One, or Bloom Growth

  • Bring over your existing structure and data

  • Fastest way to transition without starting over

After selecting Start Fresh, you’ll be prompted to set up your teams.

This step allows you to create the teams that will run meetings and manage work inside Success.co.

Default Team

You’ll see a Leadership Team already created by default.
This team is set up automatically and cannot be renamed at this stage, but you can update it later after setup.

You can still choose:

  • The team type

  • The team color

Adding a New Team

To create additional teams:

  1. Enter a Team Name

  2. (Optional) Add a Description

Repeat this process for each team you want to create.

Adding a New User

To add a user:

  1. Enter their First Name

  2. Enter their Last Name

  3. Enter their Email Address

  4. Select their Permission Level

  5. Assign them to a Team

  6. Click + Add user

Repeat this process for each team member.

Permission Levels

Each user can be assigned a permission level based on their role:

  • Owner – Full access to all settings and data

  • Admin – Can manage most settings and users

  • Manager – Can manage teams and run meetings

  • Team Member – Can participate in meetings and tasks

  • Observer – Read-only access

  • Implementer / Practice Manager – Same access as Admin, with access to People Analyzer and Implementer Hub, but cannot be assigned items

Sending Invite Emails

After adding users, you’ll have the option to send or not send invite emails:

  • Toggle “Send invite” ON to immediately send an email invitation

  • Toggle “Send invite” OFF if you prefer to invite them later

This gives you flexibility if you’re still setting things up before bringing your team in.

After adding your users, you’ll see a final setup screen to help you get started.

This step provides quick access to helpful guides so you can confidently run your first meetings in Success.co.

You can always revisit these guides later in the Docs section if you need a refresher.

If you choose Import your data from spreadsheets, you’ll see a setup screen to guide you through the process.

This option allows you to upload your existing data using Excel or CSV files.
